Option 1: Soft shoe shuffle
This will be a soft shoe tap class. No dance experience or tap shoes require. Ditch the thongs and wear your favourite dance shoes (hard sole are preferable). Get ready for some fun.
Option 2: Running Group
For those who like to sweat. Our run will be an 8km beginner to intermediate level coastal run. Enjoying Maroubra's beauty as we go.
Option 3: Pilates Class
We'll get in tune with our bodies and say hello to those core muscles. Beginner level class but don't be fooled. No experience required.
Option 4: Gentle seated exercise and relaxation session
Gentle seated exercise and relaxation session: suitable for anyone wanting gentle exercise in a seated position. No prior experience required.Come along and enjoy gentle body movement with coordinated breathing.
Option 5: Walking Group
Come for a coastal walk and casual chat. Prams and fitness levels welcome.
Please let us know of medical needs we need to be aware of. As this is an exercise based activity please choose according to your fitness and abilities. While we will take great care in caring for you, you will know what's best for your wellbeing.
