The 3-R’s of Parenting
What R’s would you come up with that could relate to parenting? In these two sessions we will explore these 3-R’s:
1. Relationships are at the heart of parenting.
2. The benefits of self-Regulation for parenting and family life.
3. Regular Reflection grows intentional parenting.
The beauty and benefit of these 3-R’s is that they are relevant across all ages and stages of parenting and family life. They can enhance our capacity to navigate the complexities of family life, enjoy the sweet moments and hang in there when it’s tough going. These sessions are suitable for parents (and carers and grandparents too) of kids aged anywhere from babies to young adults. After all, we never stop being parents.
As Steve says above, these workshops are for any parent at any stage. The workshops will be biblically founded, with a thoughtful and prayerful consideration of our own relationship with our Father in Heaven, and how this informs our own parenting. I’m really looking forward to it.
