Mingle, Move, Meditate

Mingle, Move, Meditate is coming soon! Saturday, 21 September from 3-5pm. Ladies, take time for some self-care, spoil yourself with feel-good exercise, refresh yourself on a scripture-based meditation and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea all while mingling with a good bunch of ladies. Our regular pilates, walking and gentle seated exercise activities will be running again this year! All you need to do is jump on the website to register and secure your activity of choice and come along.. and bring a friend! Last year a third of the ladies who joined were visitors! Such a great outreach opportunity. Could it get any better?
